Legal expenses and rent guarantee (Coming soon)

To be launched in the new year our legal expenses and rent guarantee is a spin off of a product we include in our landlords insurance. The standalone product will allow landlords and let property owners to protect themselves in two ways. Firstly by covering any legal expenses incurred due to legal action against bad tenants. Secondly, rent guarantee will pay you for a loss of revenue caused by tenants defaulting on an agreed tenancy.
